Thanks to SHAZAM Easy PIN our debit cardholders can now instantly create their own personal PIN using an Interactive Voice Response (IRV) System.
ADDED SECURITY AND CONVENIENCE
SHAZAM Easy PIN allows our customers to select their own personal PIN in a secure, private location.When card holders are given the opportunity to choose their own PIN, it’s easier to remember and eliminates the need and risk of carrying a PIN number in their wallet or purse.
Our cardholders can access the IVR system anytime, anywhere with a touch-tone phone. Whether it’s the middle of the night, during the week or on the weekend, our customers can change their PIN when it’s convenient for them.
Our cardholders can activate their card and select their PIN in one convenient phone call. They will need to know or have on hand the following;
- Debit card number
- Debit card expiration date
- CVV2 number (Security number on the back of the card)
- Social Security number
Cardholders have the option to activate their card and change the PIN in one convenient call. Existing cardholders can change their current PIN using the same phone number that is provided below.
